Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Streamline ("Streamline," "we," "us," or "our") collects through streamline-sys.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum and we do not sell your personal information.

Last updated: June 17, 2026

The short version

We only collect what you choose to send us through our apply form or by contacting us, plus basic technical details needed to keep the site secure and deliver your message. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or sell your data. We use a small number of trusted services to operate the site, listed below.

Who we are

Streamline is a creative agency operated as a sole proprietorship based in Florida, United States. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at support@streamline-sys.com.

Information you provide

When you fill out our apply form, you share:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • The services you are interested in
  • Your budget range
  • Your consent to be contacted

If you email us, message us, or book a call, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message or booking.

Information collected automatically

When you submit the apply form, we collect a small amount of technical information to deliver your submission and protect the form from spam and abuse:

  • Your IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention)
  • Your browser type and user agent
  • The page you submitted from
  • The date and time of submission

Our spam protection uses a hidden honeypot field and a timing check. These are internal techniques and do not involve a third-party verification service.

What we do not do

  • We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing trackers on this site.
  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  • We do not build advertising profiles about you.
  • We do not collect sensitive categories of data through this site.

Cookies and local storage

We use only functional storage, not tracking cookies:

  • A local draft of your apply form is saved in your browser (local storage) so you do not lose your progress. It stays on your device and is cleared when you submit successfully. You can clear it any time through your browser.
  • Minor interface-state cookies may be used to remember layout preferences. They do not identify you or track you across sites.

Some third-party services we use (such as Cal.com scheduling or Google Fonts) may set their own cookies or receive request data when their content loads. See "Service providers" below.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and follow up about your project
  • To prepare proposals, estimates, and provide our services
  • To schedule and conduct discovery calls
  • To protect the site and form against spam, fraud, and abuse
  • To keep records and comply with our legal obligations

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Service providers and sharing

We share information only with the services we use to run the site and our business, and only as needed. These include:

  • Hosting: Vercel, which hosts the website and processes requests.
  • Form automation: our own workflow automation system, which receives apply-form submissions so we can follow up.
  • Scheduling: Cal.com, if you choose to book a call. Your booking details are handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.
  • Fonts: Google Fonts, which serves typefaces and may receive your IP address when fonts load.
  • Communication: email and messaging providers we use to reply to you.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Streamline or others. If our business is ever transferred, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, deliver our services, and meet legal, tax, or recordkeeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your privacy rights").

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to safeguard your data.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Ask how your information is used or shared

To exercise any of these, email support@streamline-sys.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Residents of states with privacy laws (such as California and others) may have additional rights, which we honor where they apply.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where your information is processed

We operate in the United States, and your information is processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand your information will be handled in the United States under this policy.

Do Not Track

Because we do not track you across websites or over time, we do not serve targeted advertising and there is no cross-site tracking to disable. We treat all visitors the same regardless of any "Do Not Track" browser signal.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Significant changes will be reflected here, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
