Support plan terms
Optimization
$500/month
These terms govern the Optimization support plan: everything in On Demand, plus testing, SEO, local search and a monthly performance report. They set out what is included, how fast it moves, and where the limits are, so there are no surprises for either of us.

1. What this plan covers
Optimization includes everything in the On Demand plan, and adds the work that improves what is already live:
- One A/B test running at any given time, on a funnel or a page.
- Heatmap tracking.
- Up to two targeted SEO articles per month.
- Ongoing local SEO and Google Business Profile management.
- AI search visibility work.
- Review generation.
- A monthly performance report covering leads, cost per lead, traffic source and drop-off points.
2. Turnaround and requests in progress
- Small changes are delivered within 2 business days.
- Up to two requests are in progress at a time. Anything beyond that is queued and worked in the order received.
3. Funnel and page builds included
Up to one new funnel or page build per month is included. Additional builds in the same month are quoted separately and approved in writing before work begins. Unused builds do not roll over into the following month.
4. How A/B tests run
One test runs at a time. Test duration is set by the traffic needed to reach a reliable result, not by the calendar. At typical local traffic volumes a single test commonly runs for several weeks. Ending a test early produces a number, not an answer, so tests are left to run until the result can be trusted, unless you ask in writing to stop one.
5. Not included in this plan
Optimization does not include the following. Each of them is included in the Growth plan, or can be quoted separately.
- Google Ads management and campaign landing pages.
- Advertising spend.
- Competitor tracking.
- GoHighLevel technical support beyond what your funnels and pages require.
6. Hours and turnaround
- Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. Requests received outside those hours start the next business day.
- Turnaround is counted in business days and applies to one request at a time, not to a batch. Sending several requests at once does not make them all due at the same time.
- The clock starts once everything needed has been provided: copy, photos, access, approvals. Delays waiting on you pause it.
- All requests are acknowledged the same business day, with confirmation of what is being done and when.
7. Larger work
- New funnels, pages, features and integrations are scheduled rather than rushed. A delivery date is confirmed in writing within one business day of the request, together with a plain explanation of what the work involves and why it takes that long. That confirmed date replaces the standard turnaround for that piece of work.
- One major build is in progress at a time.
- Two rounds of revisions are included per build. Further changes are treated as a new request.
8. Urgent issues
- Site down, forms not submitting, booking broken, or tracking not recording are treated as urgent. They are responded to within four business hours and worked continuously until resolved.
- Outages inside Google, Meta, GoHighLevel or the host are escalated immediately, but their resolution times are theirs and are not covered by these turnaround commitments.
9. Capacity
- Unused capacity does not roll over between months.
- Requests beyond the in-progress limit for the plan are queued and worked in the order received.
10. Commercial terms
- Billed monthly in advance. The current month is non-refundable.
- Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.
- Access to the website, Google Business Profile, GoHighLevel and any ad accounts is required. Work blocked on missing access does not count against turnaround.
- Anything not listed in the plan is quoted and approved in writing before work begins.
- Pricing is reviewed after six months.
11. Not included in any plan
No plan includes the following. Any of it can be quoted separately.
- New websites, full redesigns and rebrands.
- Net-new systems.
- Photo and video production.
- Third-party software fees.
- Advertising spend.

13. How these terms fit with our Terms & Conditions
This page sets the terms of the Optimization support plan. Our general Web Development Terms & Conditions continue to apply to everything they cover, including intellectual property, liability, confidentiality, and governing law. Where the two documents conflict on support work, this page controls. Where a signed proposal conflicts with either, the proposal controls for that engagement.
